The film has claimed the top spot as the highest-grossing Tamil movie of all time in the UK and North America. Furthermore, it has achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the third Indian film and the first Tamil film to cross the 50 crore rupee gross mark in all Southern states, including Kerala. Astonishingly, “Jailer” is also the second-fastest Tamil film to ever reach the 600 crore rupee mark.

The eagerly awaited OTT release date for “Jailer” has been unveiled. Rajinikanth’s “Jailer” is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 7, offering audiences the film in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
It’s worth noting that the OTT release of “Jailer” will coincide with the theatrical release of “Jawan,” the action thriller featuring Shah Rukh Khan, which is also slated for release on September 7. This simultaneous release could create a competitive scenario, with both films vying for the attention of viewers.
